On December 6, 2025, ADAB organized a day-long workshop titled “Good Governance in NGOs” with Khulna and 4 districts of Khulna. Deputy Director of Khulna Women's Directorate Israt Suraiya, executive member of ADAB Central Committee and Executive Director of Solutions Mr. Rezaul Karim, Chairperson of ADAB Khulna District Branch Shamima Sultana Shilu, Member Secretary M. Nazmul Azam David, and trainer Mr.Kawsar Alam Kanak. At the beginning of the workshop, the executive director M. Nazmul Azam David. Shamima Sultana Shilu discussed in detail about the workshop. Later, Khulna Women Directorate Deputy Director Israt Suraiya declared the event auspicious. Later, the representatives of the participating organizations received training in a day-long workshop. PARIBARTAN-Khulna  actively participates in the day long workshops.
