2nd Phase: Formation Of A Development Organization. All These Learning And Experiences Led To Conceptual Transformation On The Part Of The Organizers And Formation Of A Development Organization. The Organization Has Been Step By Step Attaining Affluence But Clear Shifting Of Commitment Towards The Neglected Section That Bewildered The Committed Section. Soon They Realized That All The Efforts Will Be Futile If Not Ideological Attainment And Community Interests Are Addressed.
