PARIBARTAN-Khulna has implemented on “Accelerating Rights to Protection of Working Children (ARPWC)” for protection of working children through safe and decent work under the thematic area  on “Excluding People’s Rights in Bangladesh” program with the partnership of Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), supported by UK-aid. This 3 years’ project has implemented from 01 January, 2019 to 31 December, 2021. Through the project, PARIBARTAN-Khulna has setup a database information center at PARIBARTAN Office for collect and preserve information   of vulnerable children and their families with into the project location and also has established a community based recreation center at ward level. Under the project the following activities are implemented; a) identified case management mechanism of targeted girls and boys. B)Arranged life skill training among thegirls and boys and necessary support. C) Support on essential primary health services, basic education, and legal aid services. d. Formation of community based child protection Committee at ward level.  E)Linkage with concern Government line Department and local level advocacy with Department of Social Services (DSS)for Capacity building of CBCPC. The Location of the project is at ward number 2, 3, 7,17,21,22, 30 and 31 in the Khulna City Cooperation around approximately 2000 girls & boys are involved in hazardous works.
